How do I show the script on the outer display?

Fully open your iPhone Duo, tap the camera button, then film with the main camera. The camera feed and your script appear on the outer display, facing the person being filmed.

Why is nothing showing on the outer display?

iOS only shows this content when the phone is open, the App is in the foreground and the camera is active. Also check that the outer display is turned on in the filming screen.

How do I change the scrolling speed?

Use the Speed slider on the editing screen, or the tortoise and hare buttons while filming. Speed is shown in words per minute.

Can I pause or go back?

Tap the text to pause or resume. Swipe down to go back, and up to move forward.

What does the free version include?

The free version lets you scroll 1,000 characters per day, with all settings. The counter resets every day at midnight.

What do I get with Premium?

Premium removes the daily limit: your text scrolls without limit, for as long as you like.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose TP Duo (listed as “teleprompter-duo”). Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?

Open the App, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.

Where are my videos saved?

Videos filmed with the record button are saved to the Photos app on your iPhone.
